A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services Services Residential Programs. Participation in recreational events and participation in community resources is key to successful community living. Individuals receive training in areas such as personal self-care, domestic skills, food preparation and shopping, and money management are important components of the Community Residential Services. Our staff receive agency-required trainings that are developed specifically for the individuals they are working with in addition to State of Maryland required trainings.

At Creative Options, we partner with local businesses and state funding sources to develop opportunities for employment. Candidates with limited work histories can gain real world experience and hone their skills to become valued employees. Our staff offer career coaching that will help people develop confidence and the ‘soft skills’ that are needed to be successful. We also ensure that people receiving services are connected to resources that help them to STAY employed: transportation, childcare, housing, and financial planning. Job coaches are also available to provide assistance on-site, ensuring that people are effectively trained.
Our clients are currently working at community colleges, state and federal agencies, restaurants, hospitals, daycare centers, assisted living programs, grocery stores, and home remodeling companies.
